Andrew Avila-Ievlev is a Cuban-American, born and raised in Southern California in a family of legal and mental health professionals. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Real Estate, graduating Cum Laude. He is a lifetime member of The National Society of Leadership and Success.
Andrew has worked as a Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator at Mission San Jose Mortgage, Inc., and as a Lien Negotiator at Forensic Liens.
He is licensed in California and Florida (NMLS #1402772).
Andrew played professional basketball and won two gold medals in high school. Andrew’s research interests include negotiation, commercial real estate, business strategy, partnerships, and property development.
He enjoys international travel to one of his vacation properties in his spare time.
