Since inception, our mission has been the ongoing education of California-licensed private money lenders and the preservation of our industry through legislative review and advocacy efforts. We take pride in being the voice of trust deed lenders and investors throughout the state and always representing our industry’s best interests.
LEGISLATIVE EFFORTS & CMA-PAC
To keep up with our work it is important for us to continue to secure our ability to support candidates whose views and goals are philosophically aligned with ours. That’s why we created the CMA Political Action Committee (CMA PAC). The CMA PAC is a separate entity responsible for collecting contributions for candidates who are running for the office of the California state legislature. CMA PAC provides a direct link between the mortgage industry and the public policy decision makers of California state government.

Your contributions to the CMA-PAC go towards CMA’s goal to protect you and your business from any legislation that may or may not affect your business. Every donation, big or small, gets us one step farther in having our opinions heard and respected when changes are being made in our state capital that impact the private mortgage industry.
