CMA/UTA – Joint Lobby Day

We’ll be lobbying to express our concerns with AB 2424, a bill that will make it much harder to foreclose and result in additional disclosures to investors.  We will also be lobbying in support of the revival of last year’s AB 1043 and in support of new legislation that makes technical corrections in support of CMA and UTA objectives.
