Pam Sosa is the President of Standard Mortgage Financial Services, Inc. in Riverside California. Ms. Sosa obtained her Real Estate Salesperson license in 1972 and Broker’s license in 1990. After working in the equity lending business for over 20 years for others, she purchased Standard Mortgage Financial Services, Inc. in 1996. Ms. Sosa has actively participated in various trade organizations and serving on their Boards and chairing many committees. As a Board member of the California Mortgage Association, she has served as Secretary, Vice President and President.

Derrick graduated from California State University Fullerton in 2000 and began his public accounting career during the same year. Derrick has over twenty years of experience in accounting. Derrick also received his master’s in taxation from Goldengate University. Before joining Duner and Foote, Derrick spent 14 years working at two national CPA firms. Derrick’s primary focus has been taxation during his public accounting career. Derrick began working at Duner and Foote in January 1, 2019 where he is actively involved in all aspects of taxation, auditing, DRE reporting and business planning. Derrick lives in Huntington Beach with his wife and son.
